Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

I DO NOT Refund Buyer Remorse, ONLY Damaged Items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I may make it right.  If Product arrives Damaged I will need Pictures of Damaged Items.

Damaged Return Request
To start a return, you can contact me at redbudridgeprimitive@yahoo.comTo be eligible for a return, I MUST received a picture of your damaged item.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Return Labels will be provided for damaged items.  I take pictures of all items prior to shipping to verify if the damaged item came from me or Damaged in Shipping and will compare pictures of condition of shipped items and what your received.  If damaged in Shipping please contact your local post office to report the damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately I can not accept Returns on Items that arrived with No Damage (Buyer's Remorse), Sale Items, Special orders or Order Only Items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, based on Returned Condition.   Refund will be on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
